Kevin Harkins, Ph.D., CEO and President of Harkcon, Inc. announced yesterday that John Knox has joined the firm as a Senior Program Manager. Knox will contribute to a variety of projects including ones with the National Institute of Standards and Technology in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and the Defense Acquisition University at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
“John Knox has extensive background in information technology project management and, among other things, work force process and analysis systems,” said Harkins. “He brings skill sets that compliment and enhance our capabilities and is a ‘right fit’ to our team.
