March 10 thru March 17 is a full week of savage craic in celebration of St Patricks Day 2011

Fadó Irish Pub and Restaurant located downtown at 808 1st Avenue is once again throwing the biggest St Patrick's Day party in Seattle with celebratory events beginning on Thursday, March 10 and carrying on through Thursday, March 17 for a “Week of Savage Craic.” Craic (pronounced crack) is a common term used in Ireland to describe fun, entertainment, and enjoyable conversation with good friends. Savage craic means an epic party and is the theme of this year’s celebration. The “Week of Savage Craic” will close with a huge outdoor festival on St. Patrick’s Day where Fadó features the best mix of Irish music, food and entertainment in the city.

Thursday, March 10th
Annual St. Baldrick's Fundraiser from 4pm-9pm: The head-shaving event for childhood cancer research. Every year we host this event to help our friends at St. Baldrick's raise funds to help in the fight against Children's Cancer. Help shave the way to conquering childhood cancer! Sign up as a shavee today to help raise money for this great cause. Silent auction, raffle prizes and sponsored head shaving.

Saturday, March 12th ~ Parade Day
Follow the Fado/Gorillas FC float during the parade of just come down to the pub. The pub is open early for 6 Nations Rugby and soccer and ready to start pouring the perfect pint for you.

Sunday, March 13th
After the St. Patrick's Day Dash, come down to the pub for Brunch and Build Your Own Bloody Mary Bar! We'll have great footy and Six Nations Rugby on all morning long!

Tuesday, March 15th ~ Sounders Opening Day
We'll host a pre and post game party at the pub. March to the stadium with Gorillas FC and pipers from Seattle Fire Dept Pipe Band.

Wednesday, March 16th
Join us for a Paddy's Day themed Pub Quiz. We'll have special St. Patrick's Day prizes and post pub quiz music with Justin and Ronin.

Thursday, March 17th ~ St. Patrick's Day
The pub will open early at 7AM with Kegs and Eggs with Justin. Kick off your St Patrick’s Day with a pint of the black stuff and a traditional Irish breakfast. No cover until 1PM so come down early for lunch. Live Music Lineup Kicks off at 2PM with Handful of Luvin, followed by Servants of the Rich and the Kennedy Brothers will headline at 10PM.
