His gripping book made available through Xlibris, this saga follows how an ordinary man’s life is changed dramatically when he discovers that he is destined to fight evil and win the key of 1000 years of peace.
Just as he thought he has had enough with a life lived with powers that he could not understand, Sledge meets Cathy and that’s when his world really becomes crazy. Cathy tells him about the council and the living blood that they both carried, saying that the Navaho reveres him and considers him a god. With this, he embarks on an unpredictable journey to visit the secret place with the tribal elder and attending the council of the chiefs. What he learns makes him realize that his life would never be the same. A hundred questions loom before the Sledge: Could he be the Kuno and take on a quest of the unknown danger? Are the protectors within the council strong enough to take on the secret commission that is seeking to rule the world? Could the council's friend in high government places survive? Are his gifts of wonder enough to escape the hands of defeat?
Soon, Sledge realizes that each must be dealt with and each must be solved. Readers will follow him as he takes on an epic battle against evil, one that would be fought high in the mountains and wherein only one would enter the 1000 years of peace in The Touch.
