Human Resource outsourcing veteran Dave Moore has joined Businessolver to advise benefits brokers and employers in the Western U.S. Moore will look to help HR administrators manage the enrollment and maintenance of benefits via Businessolver’s single-source platform – Benefitsolver – and its line of associated services.
