Chapel Hill-based American Support has been named a finalist for Contact Center World’s three top ranking awards: Best Contact Center, Best Help Desk and Best in Customer Service.
Contact Center World is a leading global support organization for the contact center industry and its awards recognize the top performing call centers around the world. The organization received more than 900 entries from more than 50 countries. Only the top thee to five companies in each category were named finalists.
Previous winners of the Contact Center World’s top ranking awards include Volkswagen, Celecom and CVS Caremark.
