Nugget Markets Celebrates Sacramento Beer Week with In-store Beer Tasting Events

“As the premier retailer of microbrew and specialty brews in the Sacramento area, we’re really excited to bring the ‘love of the brew’ to our guests during Sacramento Beer Week,” says Brian Madden, beer category manager for Nugget Markets.

Nugget Markets is a major sponsor of Sacramento Beer Week and celebrates Sacramento’s rich beer culture and a variety of tasty brews by offering special in-store tasting events from February 26 through March 5. Nugget also supports Beer Week by participating in the Sacramento Brewer’s Showcase on February 24, the Capital Beerfest on March 5, and the Hopheads Scavenger Hunt, February 24 through March 5.

Nugget Market guests can pick up a special Beer Week flyer, with a complete listing of all beer tasting events, at any Nugget location. Guests are also invited to view the events page of Nugget’s website (http://www.nuggetmarket.com/events) for a tasting schedule. Select beers being tasted include Sierra Nevada, Blue Moon, Lost Coast, Sam Adams, Sudwerk, Mendocino, New Belgium, Port Brewing, Anchor Steam, Lagunitas, Pyramid, Boulder, Deschutes, Gordon Biersch, Bear Republic, Rubicon, Anderson Valley, and Grand Teton.
