What is hotter that hot in health care right now? While hundreds of EHR companies scamper about pushing doctors to use meaningful use, (now mandated), electronic health records, Train For EHR Enterprises is offering a vendor neutral EHR training course to train allied health professionals. "This training is exactly what is needed to assist adoption by doctors," exclaims Dr. Newman.
Train For EHR Enterprises began by offering live access to CareData's Certified EHR course as an online training course. After CareData proved success with the Department of Labor and Job Corps Centers around the nation, Train For EHR was excited to launch the very first of its kind. "Real world, practical training is essential and students get that with CareData's live EHR. Then they can test drive other EHRs on the market. We are very excited to be working with GE as well as other mainstream EHR vendors," says Blake Conner, VP of Train For EHR.
The online course is flexible enough to be used in all learning environments: in-classroom with instructor, blended, and student-directed eLearning. It includes LMS access, Web 2.0 tools for students and instructors, and SCORM deliverables for institutions running Moodle, Blackboard, Angel or similar eLearning platforms.
The online EHR training course was designed in coordination with the nationally recognized EHR certfication by NHA/ATI. Students had greater ability to train from their homes or offices for the NHA exam.
