Energy Control System Service Department is headed by Terry Gotch, who himself has over 15 years of experience in servicing UPS systems. He has significant experience managing a well-trained network of over 150 factory-certified technicians. The vast management and field experience Mr. Gotch brought to ECS's Service Department made us instant experts in the field of power quality service and maintenance and we are proud to celebrate our 3rd anniversary of success. Since its inception, Energy Control System National Service Department has provided various levels of service plans as well as on-time service sales and has developed utilities and manpower to address virtually any power quality issue at residential, commercial and industrial facilities.
Each of the technicians in our national service network has an average of 13 years of direct field experience in performing factory-certified installation and maintenance of power quality equipment including UPS systems, batteries and generators. With a combined 80 plus years of experience, the management and staff of our Service Department brings with them a wealth of knowledge and talent in handling power quality issues.
