Multicultural marketing agency cofounder joins an elite panel of Asian American entrepreneurs.

Pawan J. Mehra, Cofounder and Principal at multicultural marketing agency Améredia, was selected in February to the governing board of US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Western Region. He joins a diverse panel of top-notch entrepreneurs working to promote the economic, social and political influence of Asian Americans in the U.S.

Mehra and Améredia will provide marketing and public relations support to the Western Region of the largest nonprofit group championing the Asian American business and professional community nationwide.

In collaboration with five other regional chapters and the national headquarters, the board leads overall direction for USPAACC in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Hawaii; and overseas policy management and finances. In addition, the team is responsible for organizing events such as the upcoming California Top 10 Asian American Business Awards in San Francisco and the Asian American & Minority Procurement Connections in Los Angeles.

At Améredia, Mehra establishes and manages key client relationships and strategic partnerships. His selection to the board comes after Améredia’s nomination last year by USPAACC Educational Foundation as a Fast 50 Asian American Business. The agency was also selected in January as a Top Business in America by, winning five awards including “Top 100 Diversity Owned Businesses in California” and “Top 100 Subcontinent Asian American Businesses in the U.S.”
