Is it surprising to learn that the average cost of a “penthouse-sized” condominium in these areas remains about $500 per square foot, averaging $2 million?

For buyers who won’t spend the inflated $500 per square foot, there is an alternative. In the luxurious Towers of Channelside, a penthouse can be scooped up for just $195 per square foot. The two 28-story towers are comprised of 257 luxury residential condominium homes. The residences feature expansive balconies and panoramic views of the waterfront and downtown Tampa. Prices range from $168,000 for a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath design to $375,000 for a high floor three-bedroom, three-bath home. Penthouses start under $500,000.

The high-rise community features a resort-style amenities deck on the fifth level with clubhouse and one of the largest residential swimming pools and entertainment areas in the region.
