During his session, Nijhawan discussed:

Key take-aways from this session included:

  •      Operational risk is predated upon information risk.
  •      Information risk, information controls and business operations must be closely integrated.

During the conference, attendees had the opportunity to hear several other leading industry experts discuss the top challenges that firms could be facing in 2011. Speakers discussed the latest news surrounding Basel III in the U.S., outsourcing, financial crime and AML, KRI’s, governance and transformational management associated with IT risk.
