Extremely successful retail promotions and the industry’s highest buy-back prices for pre-owned consumer electronics drove CExchange’s 2010 trade-in business to record volumes, processing millions of devices, exceeding 1,000-percent growth, and its CEO says signs point to 2011 being even stronger.
