The award is given to Better Business Bureau accredited companies that hold a complaint-free record for the entire year. The award comes on the heels of recent improvements in customer service for the Chicago-based BestMassage. “We know that customer service is the most important aspect of our business. We have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction because we truly value every customer and are grateful for their patronage,” said Marketing Director of BestMassage, Peter Wang. “Our goal is to create a seamless buying experience for the customer whether it is online, on the phone, or in our store”.
