Huthwaite, Inc. Announces Expansion to Increase Ability to Meet Client Demands

Promotions and New Hires will strengthen sales strategies and leverage global delivery capabilities

Huthwaite, Inc., the world’s leading sales performance improvement organization is pleased to announce the addition of Pat Mustico (Regional Vice President—East) and Bob Ariano (Regional Vice President—West) to Huthwaite’s management team as well as the promotions of Stephanie Woods to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Bruce Wedderburn to Executive Vice President of Channel and Enablement and Tess Amolsch to Vice President of Client Management and Operations.

Dr. Mustico joins Huthwaite with a wealth of experience and a strong record of successfully building high performing teams and growing revenue, most recently at MicroAutomation. His ability to create and execute strategic plans is well documented in the outsourcing industry where he spent much of his career.

A previous venture at Ricoh Professional Services resulted in growing new business by 300% and helping the region he managed become #1 in revenue. Prior to that Dr. Mustico served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from George Mason University and a Masters of Public Administration from Troy State University and received his Doctorate degree in 2010 from Capella University in Organization and Management with a concentration on Leadership.

Mr. Ariano joins Huthwaite with over 20 years of successfully selling and leading sales teams in the medical laboratory diagnostics field, most recently with HORIBA Medical, Inc. He has had tremendous success in bringing sales teams into the top performing groups within companies from the small, privately held to large, multi-national organizations. His expertise lies in coaching and managing sales people so they can attain high levels of success.

As EVP of Sales and Marketing, Ms. Woods is responsible for business development and the client experience. She has been with Huthwaite for twenty years serving in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as the Senior VP of Sales. Prior to assuming responsibility as EVP, Ms. Woods led Huthwaite’s Organizational Development, including skills and strategy development of employees, facilitator training and certification, as well as oversight of client services. Ms. Woods also led Huthwaite’s Measurement and Assessment efforts, where she was responsible for establishing the M&A associated with all training programs. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business and Spanish from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, and her MBA in Finance from Fordham University in New York City.

Mr. Wedderburn, previously VP of Channel Sales has been promoted to EVP of Channel and Enablement. During the ten years he has been with Huthwaite his team has opened up Huthwaite offices in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brazil, Mexico and Japan. Mr. Wedderburn has also developed the Enablement Team focused on using business intelligence software to embed and sustain Huthwaite’s sales skills within an organization’s workflow for daily reinforcement. He is also one of Huthwaite’s most requested speakers, being sought by sales organizations throughout the world to talk about Huthwaite’s latest research and global best practices in successful selling.

Ms. Amolsch, previously Director of Client Management and Operations at Huthwaite, has been appointed the VP of Client Management and Operations. She will be responsible for providing both strategic and tactical leadership across multi-faceted engagements while managing project deliverable requirements, assuring overall quality of the deliverables and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Huthwaite, Ms. Amolsch worked as the Director of Sales Operations at Educational Testing Service (ETS) in Princeton, NJ. While she was with ETS, Ms. Amolsch helped to launch the educational sales arm of ETS by building a core operations team and instituting key operational processes. She has a Bachelors of Science from Allegheny College and a Masters in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
