Bluegreen markets vacations with International Speedway Corporation and Speedway Motorsports Inc for the 2011 race season at Daytona International Speedway.

By developing a marketing relationship with two of the largest racetrack property owners in the racing world, we are able to extend our product offering, using this successful sales format, to one of the largest and most passionate fan bases available.

Bluegreen Corporation (NYSE: BXG), a leading provider of Colorful Places to Live and Play, today announced two newly formed relationships between its wholly owned subsidiary, Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc., and two predominant NASCAR® racetrack property owners, International Speedway Corporation® (ISC) and Speedway Motorsports Inc. (SMI). The marketing agreement will allow Bluegreen to utilize promotional display space at predetermined racetrack properties to market and sell its Bluegreen Vacation Club. Through this relationship, Bluegreen plans to become the leading vacation provider for race fans through sales and marketing at multiple events throughout the 2011 NASCAR® race season.

Bluegreen has acquired display rights at 13 ISC events and 7 SMI events through the 2011 NASCAR® race season starting on February 17, 2011. Bluegreen began offering race fans highly discounted, amenity-rich vacation getaway packages starting with their presence at the Daytona International Speedway®.
