Steinberg to Manage All Aspects of Evolution’s Field Department

Evolution Marketing Research, a premier medical marketing research company, announced today that Jennifer Steinberg will lead the company’s Field Services.

Steinberg has handled Evolution’s field logistics since 2008. Now, as Director of Field Services, she will manage all aspects of a rapidly growing department to ensure top-level physicians are recruited for a full roster of qualitative and quantitative projects.

Principal Barry Cerf remarked that Evolution’s varied offerings made it necessary to have a strong leader of Field Services. “Given the growth of the company and our range of methodological offerings, there must be a manager in charge of all field-related activities,” Cerf said. “Jennifer is the right person for the job. Her vast experience enables her to detect and resolve issues quickly. Perhaps even more important, she has a penchant for figuring out how to make processes and systems work better.”

This latter skill is particularly important when it comes to managing Evolution’s international and domestic vendor base. One of Steinberg’s key responsibilities is to establish new relationships and expand existing partnerships with these vendors. She will also develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the field team excels in client services.

Steinberg earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Oberlin College and began her career in the market research industry as a project manager for domestic qualitative projects in the consumer, business-to-business and healthcare fields. She then spent several years as a key account manager and the managing director of a marketing research and data-collection facility. She also spent several years at a healthcare marketing research firm focused on the management of international qualitative projects.

As the Evolution’s Director of Field Services, Steinberg will remain actively involved in day-to-day research, recruiting top-level physicians for domestic and international qualitative projects.
