About the Author
She became a widow in 2004. Her beloved husband Ray died of cancer. She has two great children. She retired in 1992 after working at the computer department of a large company that builds fighter planes.
She got a computer at home, and all her friends, knowing she liked funny stories, started sending her one. She enjoyed them so much, she started collecting them. Thus, the book.
She and her husband traveled a lot after retiring. She told the people she met some stories and of course, they told her some back. She collected these, too. She now wants to tell them to everyone, too. She hopes readers enjoy them as much as she has.
She would like to dedicate this book to her husband Ray. He was so patient hearing her stories over and over. She would also like to thank VicSokeland “Sokie,” Ruth Cox , Debbie Houdyshell, Jack Folkerts , Cindy Lammers, and all her friends who told her stories.
