O’Leary will guide the sales direction and execution for the launch of Motionsoft’s cloud based Membership Relationship Management software, MoSo. He has been a featured speaker, presenter and advisory board member for IHRSA chapters throughout the East Coast and most recently served as Senior Sales Executive for a competing club management software and billing company where he was responsible for growing the company's market share among top 100 and large enterprise health club organizations throughout the country.
