DETAILS:
As with any organization, strategic decisions begin with the leadership – whether related to IT Asset Management or to government regulation. The single most difficult challenge faced by IT asset managers is the failure to obtain senior buy-in for a comprehensive, ongoing IT asset management program. Oftentimes, only select areas of ITAM are looked at and IT asset managers are cobbling together a program with limited resources. This usually occurs when some crisis occurs, i.e. failing a software audit, end of lease problems, etc.

A panel of experts will discuss how to communicate with the C-level and decision makers in order to get buy-in on your program. Topics to be discussions:

  •     Understanding the challenges CIOs face
  •     How to speak with/like a C-level executive
  •     How to open up a consistent communication channel with the C-Suite

HOSTED BY:    This free online event is part of the 12 months of IT Asset Management webinar series, hosted by the International Association of IT Asset Managers (IAITAM), the leading organization in IT asset management.
