Headwaters MB Launches San Francisco-Based Technology Investment Banking Practice

Headwaters MB, an independent, middle-market investment banking firm, has significantly expanded its technology investment banking team. The team will focus on M&A advisory and capital formation for emerging growth to middle market technology companies.
Christine Heiss and Gary Moon have recently joined Headwaters MB as Managing Directors and the Co-Heads of Technology, Media and Telecommunications. Additional senior members of the practice are Managing Director Sun Jen Yung, Managing Director Andy Paff, Senior Advisor Jeremy Bunting, PhD, and Vice President Kuni Takahashi.
