NJ Mortgage Lender Helps Educate Buyers on Steps to Successful Home Buying & Financing

NJ mortgage company Team Montani has partnered with leading event planner Event Set Go to present The Home Buyer Seminar, a monthly educational event for prospective NJ home buyers.

Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make. But educated, prepared buyers can approach the process with confidence, thanks to the Home Buyer Seminar.

This monthly free event, sponsored by event planning company Event Set Go and Team Montani of Cardinal Financial Company, brings together all the services home buyers might require — from mortgage professionals and realtors to movers and real estate attorneys — all in one convenient location.

According to Team Montani’s Lawrence Montani, “When you enter the Home Buyer Seminar, the first thing you’ll notice is that nobody is there to sell you anything. We’ve brought together the area’s most knowledgeable and respected industry experts by invitation only —professionals who are dedicated to educating home buyers about the process of buying and financing a new home.”

The monthly seminars also include information on the benefits of owning versus renting, choosing the right mortgage, improving credit scores, and much more.

Montani adds, "Educating buyers is a big part of our business, and we’re glad to have the opportunity to work with Event Set Go on these seminars. The more knowledge a consumer has — especially a first-time home buyer — the more comfortable and confident they'll feel throughout the entire process."

The next Home Buyer Seminar will be held on Thursday, March 31 at Branches in West Long Branch, NJ, from 6:30PM-8:30PM. For more information, call Team Montani at (732) 389-9898, ext. 300 or visit TheHomeBuyerSeminar.net.
