Marcia Reynolds, author of Wander Woman: How High-Achieving Women Find Contentment and Direction, joins three other recognized Arizona women leaders in a panel discussion focused on the state of leadership in Arizona and how women can make significant contributions.

Marcia Reynolds has been a force in the coaching world for over a decade.

Marcia Reynolds, PsyD, joins the Phoenix Business Journal's 2011 Women in Business event as a panelist. Marcia Reynolds will offer her expertise as an executive coach and best-selling author of publications, including those focused on women in the workplace. She, alongside three other Phoenix Valley women executives, will describe how business women are making significant contributions to the Valley in areas of education, public policy, and leadership.

Dr. Marcia Reynolds is fascinated with how the brain triggers enthusiasm and innovation in the workplace. This fascination has led her to follow shifts in employee engagement and leadership development. She focuses her work on three areas of expertise: organizational change, coaching, and emotional intelligence. She draws from these areas to help high-achieving women examine and strategize their full and amazing lives. Most recently, Marcia's work resulted in the best-selling book, Wander Woman: How High-Achieving Women Find Contentment and Direction.

As part of the 2011 Women in Business event held at the Arizona Biltmore Resort, from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. this Tuesday night, March 22, Marcia joins Lisa Atkins, Vice President for Public Policy, Greater Phoenix Leadership Inc.; Christine Mackay, Economic Development Director, City of Chandler; and, Nicole Magnuson, Executive Director, Expect More Arizona to discuss issues that she has explored through her research and experiences women are facing while balancing life and the workplace.
