For the sixth straight year, Cisco Systems, one of the world’s largest networking corporations, has recognized Long View — already a Cisco Gold Certified Partner — for achieving Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence status in Canada.
The Customer Satisfaction Excellence award is based on industry surveys, as well as customer satisfaction results collected through the Cisco Partner Access Online tool. Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction available to Cisco partners.
“No other Canadian partner has consistently won this award for this long. It’s a great honour to earn this sort of distinction from Cisco once again,” says Kent Macdonald, Long View’s Vice-President of Business Development.
