With five weeks left until the close of the 2011 ski season, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort, is offering a Ski for the Children’s spring lodging promotion to directly benefit The Children’s Hospital.

The Ski for the Children’s package at the Vail area resort allows guests to book rooms at Park Hyatt from $129 to $229 per room per night, (minimum two nights stay required.) For every night booked, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek will donate the same amount of room nights to Children’s for complimentary use by families and Children’s supporters.

“For years, Hyatt has been associated with The Children’s Hospital in Aurora, Colorado and we saw this as a way to reach out to the families of patients at Children’s to make a positive difference as they battle illnesses and tough days,” said Robert Purdy, general manager of the Vail area resort. “It’s a small gesture which could grow in the years to come and we welcome both the families and the dedicated staff and physicians at Children’s during the coming spring and summer season.”

“The Children’s Hospital Foundation has enjoyed a long standing relationship with Hyatt in Denver,” said Emily McNellis, Corporate Giving Coordinator for The Children’s Hospital Foundation. “To expand our relationship to include Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Ski for Children’s promotion is a warm and welcome gesture that we very much appreciate. We are confident this generous in-kind donation from the Beaver Creek resort will brighten the lives of kids treated at Children’s.”

Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is the home to the award-winning Allegria Spa, measuring 30,000 square feet with Aqua Sanitas ‘Healing Waters’ water sanctuary, as well as the 8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill.
