Cenegenics® Medical Institute, the recognized leading authority in age management medicine, announced its partnership with Dr. John J. Rush, offering the nation’s capitol healthy aging solutions

I was basically sleep walking through life. Things escalated when I switched from a full-time clinical practice to the corporate side of medicine. Thankfully, Cenegenics woke me up to a better way for optimized health and practicing medicine.

Cenegenics® Medical Institute, the global leader in age management medicine, announced the appointment of John J. Rush, MD as the new physician partner at their Washington, DC center. The partnership is part of Cenegenics’ ongoing expansion into key metropolitan areas that have a rising demand for proactive, healthy aging solutions.

Washington, DC is a vibrant, international city where stress takes its toll on health. A fact Rush knows firsthand—he was a Cenegenics patient prior to becoming a Cenegenics physician and now has become a strong advocate of the healthy aging leader’s proactive approach, comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based protocols used to delay or prevent age-related disease.

“I’m thrilled about the partnership with Cenegenics. The Cenegenics program helped me get my life back and now I want to help patients do the same. I feel and look better, stronger than I ever had in my life. That’s why I’m looking forward to not only a long relationship with Cenegenics as a partner, but also as a patient,” Rush said.

Rush says that when he hit his 40s, he had all the slow-down symptoms of middle-age. He gained weight, was tired all the time, traveled a lot—eating all the wrong foods and not exercising.

“I started to lose interest and was basically sleep walking through life. Things escalated when I switched from a full-time clinical practice to the corporate side of medicine. Thankfully, Cenegenics woke me up to a better way for optimized health—and a better way of practicing medicine,” Rush said.

After being on the Cenegenics program, per Rush, he dropped from a 24% body fat percentage to under 16%—and today sports a 32-inch waist like he did in high school.

Set off of the thriving Dupont Circle at 1924 N. Street, NW, the 2,600-square-foot Cenegenics Washington, DC is situated in a stylish turn-of-the-century townhouse, housing two VIP rooms, exam rooms, diagnostic sections and physician/nutrition-exercise specialist consulting rooms. Per Rush, the practice is flourishing, booked well in advance.
