The PUB at Doral Arrowwood, a favorite dining destination among Westchester County residents, is redesigned and ready for spring.
Located at Doral Arrowwood, Westchester’s premier conference center and hotel, The PUB has undergone extensive renovations. The newly redesigned The PUB features a fresh spring menu, wrap-around bar, rustic living room with fireplace, 15 high definition flat screen televisions ideal for year-round sports viewing, and a 538-gallon salt water fish tank.
The 96-inch long, 538-gallon salt water fish tank is home to 20 exotic, colorful fish including a lion fish, puffer, eel, and hippo tang fish. This living artwork is refreshed with new corals every month to brighten the atmosphere and has been very popular with children visiting the hotel.
To complement its new spring menu and cozy atmosphere, The PUB at Doral Arrowwood, a Best of Westchester winner for Best Burgers, has also expanded its drink menu – which features an extensive selection of wines, signature cocktails, martinis and seasonal drinks – to include a larger variety of specialty ales. Boasting 20 specialty ales, the menu reflects beverage manager Michael Bullers’ commitment to offering guests unique, high quality drinks.
“We are excited to offer guests a broad selection of specialty ales to enjoy while visiting with friends or kicking back and watching the game,” Bullers said.
Visitors to The PUB at Doral Arrowwood can also enjoy specials throughout the week, such as Happy Hour every Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, featuring half-price appetizers, buy one get one well drinks, and $3.00 selected draft beers. The PUB is now featuring music entertainment and dancing every Friday and Saturday night and game day specials. Among The PUB’s game day specials are NBA Playoff, March Madness and Masters Tournament promotions, all of which can be enjoyed while watching the games on The PUB’s 15 HD flat screen televisions.
In addition to its expanded food and beverage offerings, The PUB has added foosball and darts to its diverse range of activities.
“We are ecstatic with the new atmosphere that The PUB has to offer,” said Steve Mabus, general manager, Doral Arrowwood. “Our new and improved restaurant is a place that both hotel guests and area residents can come to relax and leave the stress of their week at the door while enjoying great food, quality drink, HD television, music and games.”
