Western Broadband Extends Partnership with ZCorum

ZCorum and Western Broadband stood together through more than 10 years of growth and announced today that their partnership has been extended with a new agreement for managed broadband services.

Western Broadband is pleased to extend and expand our partnership with ZCorum. Their support has been instrumental in the strong growth of the data side of our business.

ZCorum and Western Broadband announced today that they have extended their decade-long partnership with a new agreement for managed broadband services. The agreement includes hosted email, 24/7 technical support for Internet and cable TV, commercial web hosting, engineering consulting, and ZCorum's TruVizion diagnostics application for cable modem networks. Western Broadband's engineers use TruVizion to monitor modem, VoIP and CMTS performance, as well as determine when and where truck rolls are needed. ZCorum's technical support representatives use TruVizion to troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues.

At the beginning of the partnership in December 2000, Western Broadband had about 200 customers. According to Tom Adamson, Chief Financial Officer at Western Broadband, his company now serves over 6,000 customers in the cities of Sun Lakes, Saddlebrooke and Robson Ranch, Arizona with cable television, VoIP and broadband services. “Western Broadband is pleased to extend and expand our partnership with ZCorum. Their support has been instrumental in the strong growth of the data side of our business.”
