It is the second time within the quarter that Greenlight's adapt™ technology has been shortlisted for an award
(Vocus/PRWEB) 25 March 2011
adapt™, the automated inventory management and price comparison platform for paid search, has been shortlisted for an award in the ‘Best Innovation Technology 2011’ category of UTalkMarketing’s Innovation (MI) Awards 2011, sponsored by Google. The technology, proprietary to leading independent search marketing and technology firm Greenlight, was pioneered in 2004.
Greenlight’s latest upgrade to adapt™ has been recognized by the MI Awards 2011 for its contribution to innovation in marketing. It is the second time within the quarter adapt™ has been shortlisted for an award. In January, it was named a finalist in Econsultancy’s 2011 innovation awards for ‘Most Innovative New Technology’. Econsultancy is a globally recognized source of independent advice and insight on digital marketing.
The upgrade to adapt™ enables retailers and marketers across multiple sectors, to access 24/7 intelligence on competitor prices on like for like products. Having the ability to identify and compare products they are most competitive on price-wise, and push them, means they can develop paid search campaigns around product specifics e.g. pushing those with a higher price margin.
Customised to meet the needs of businesses with multiple product ranges and stock keeping units (SKUs), the upgrade to adapt™, also facilitates instant translation of a retailer’s frequently changing product updates and price changes, into live pay-per-click (PPC) ads.
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony to be held at The Delfina, London, on Thursday 7 April 2011, after the MI Expo has concluded. Greenlight will be attending.
