● Innovative programs or opportunities to develop leadership skills through charitable community involvement; and
● The impact of a program(s).

Helios will honor the finalists and announce the winners at the Apollo Awards breakfast ceremony on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at the McLean Hilton in McLean, Va.
