“The LeisureLink ARM system will now have a two-way connection eliminating manual reservation entry by existing and future LeisureLink customers using roomMaster 2000 software, which is a win for all."

LeisureLink™, the leading distribution and revenue management provider for independent hotels, today announced that InnQuest Software is providing an integration option through its iQ-WorldLink module for all customers deploying LeisureLink’s Active Revenue Management system (ARM).

InnQuest’s roomMaster 2000 system is installed in more than 4,500 properties of all sizes and types in more than 90 countries. In addition to LeisureLink’s software, roomMaster 2000 also integrates with all popular PBX, call accounting, voice mail, point of sale, movie, video checkout, electronic lock, and self-service kiosk systems.

“Hotels as large as 5,000 rooms, inns as small as 10 rooms and everything in between use our roomMaster 2000 product and we are always looking for complementary solutions that add value to our software,” said Tyler White, Vice President at InnQuest Software. “The LeisureLink ARM system will now have a two-way connection eliminating manual reservation entry by existing and future LeisureLink customers using roomMaster 2000 software, which is a win for all.”

“The ability to connect through InnQuest’s iQ-WorldLink eliminates the need for property management staff to manually update an extranet,” said Erik Hovanec, CEO and President, LeisureLink Inc. “Higher inventory availability leads to better placement in online channels and increased bookings. LeisureLink’s Active Rate Management (ARM) system also uses this data to adjust rates in real time, enabling ‘airline style’ revenue management. The net result is a reduction in overhead and a substantial increase in RevPar.”

The Thunderbird Inn, in Savannah, GA, beta tested the joint LeisureLink-roomMaster solution. “We have been able to fully automate our online distribution and revenue management, eliminating the drudgery of keeping up extranets and managing parity. This has enabled us to generate more revenue with less overhead than ever before,” said Mark Thomas, General Manager.

LeisureLink will be holding a webinar to discuss the roomMaster integration on April 14, 2011. For more information, click here.
