‘La Duckey’ is an engaging book to be featured at this year’s Pennsylvania School Library Association Book Exhibit.

Xlibris, the print-on-demand self-publishing services provider, announced today the availability of La Duckey, by author Angela Marusa. Available in online bookstores since October 20, 2010, this book introduces readers to the lovable character that has been charming the World Wide Web—an adorably funny duck.

This book is a compilation of photographs that the author has collected from her blog about her created character named La Duckey. A French duck, he is presented as somebody who does not think and is oblivious to anything around him. His love for adventure makes him prone to danger, but of course, he does not realize it. He lives for the moment and does not see the consequences of his actions, always living with his wild imagination. From his exploits with his best friends Ball and Teddy Lew, to his feasting over Chinese food, to his fetish for chocolate and marshmallow, and to his oatmeal bath gone wrong, La Duckey captures this charming duck’s exciting adventures and misadventures.

Filled with exciting twists in every page, this book is a perfect addition for animal lovers and any reader who longs to have a good laugh.

This book will be featured at the Pennsylvania School Library Association Book Exhibit in Hershey, PA on April 28-20, 2011. For more information on this book, interested parties may log on to http://www.Xlibris.com.
