MemberPass: Stay Involved Loyalty Program

CommPartners announces the launch of MemberPass, the first tool to empower associations and non-profits with a loyalty rewards program centered on e-learning. MemberPass was created as a way to increase enrollment in an organization’s educational initiatives by leveraging their membership investment.

Technically speaking, MemberPass is a modular addition to registration and knowledge community platforms offered by CommPartners. When implemented, members have access to a private dashboard that presents credits attained through membership dues or purchased separately. Credits can be applied to the selection of all education offerings or selected programs. Participants can choose to use their credits for any approved purchase. Upon initial login, members will be able to view how many credits remain and how to purchase additional credits at a discount.

MemberPass was introduced to help build loyalty and reward usage from organization’s educational programming efforts. It eliminates some of the obstacles that purchasers consider when making a decision to attend a webinar or purchase an on demand event. “MemberPass is a lucrative marketing maneuver for associations and a win-win situation for both parties.
