The ultimate result is an improvement in quality-of-hire, as more passive candidates are taking note of your organization’s employment opportunities and are permitting recruiters to approach them directly.

SkillSurvey®, Inc., the inventor and leading provider of Web 2.0 reference assessment solutions, announced today that a daily email is now available that delivers a report of all of the passive candidates who have opted-in to an organization’s Passive Candidate Compiler™ (PCC) within the last day.

The daily snapshot email provides recruiters with a new opportunity to quickly increase their level of engagement with passive candidates, adding to the success of their sourcing efforts.

“Our exclusive passive candidate database is a real competitive advantage, allowing recruiters and sourcing staff to reach-out to their passive candidates like never before,” said Ray Bixler, president and chief executive officer of SkillSurvey®, Inc. “The ultimate result is an improvement in quality-of-hire, as more passive candidates are taking note of your organization’s employment opportunities and are permitting recruiters to approach them directly with more information.”

The exclusive passive sourcing system provides recruiters with their first go-to resource for a candidate search, as the pool of leads are essentially professional referrals from the candidates themselves. Using it can replace the need to invest advertising dollars for listings on major online job boards, and there are more ways to connect with leads immediately through social media features.

SkillSurvey’s core product, Pre-Hire 360®, offers surveys that references use to provide feedback about a candidate’s behaviors and skills. There are over 200 surveys for different positions, measuring the following competency areas, as appropriate: professionalism, interpersonal skills, problem-solving and adaptability, personal value commitment, managing others and leadership.

After references have completed a survey on a candidate, they can opt-in to the PCC to be notified of opportunities with the hiring company. If an organization of average size fills 1,000 openings per year and processes five candidates for each position, it will amass a database of talent leads consisting of approximately 18,000 passive candidates.
