We will bring Arthur Ashe Stadium directly into our tennis fans’ homes, so they can enjoy a real-to-life perspective of the 2011 US Open from the convenience of their couch.

Cablevision Systems Corp. (NYSE: CVC) today announced it will carry the expanded 2011 US Open Coverage telecasts in 3D over the Labor Day weekend and the following weekend -- Finals -- for customers with a 3D-capable television set.

CBS Sports again will serve as the host broadcaster for the USTA and Panasonic, producing 3D coverage of the 2011 US Open Tennis Championships shot by ten 3D broadcast cameras and using a high-speed 3Dreplay system. Last year’s 3D production of the 2010 US Open -- the first world-wide 3D broadcast of a tennis major -- was honored with a 2010 Emmy Award for technical achievement.

o    Sunday, 9/4/11, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET
o    Monday, 9/5/11, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET
o    Friday, 9/9/11, 12:30 – 6 p.m. ET
o    Saturday, 9/10/11, 12 – 6 p.m. ET & 8 – 10 p.m. ET
o    Sunday, 9/11/11, 4 – 7 p.m. ET

Cablevision customers subscribing to iO TV Broadcast Basic or above can find the US Open Tennis Championships on channel 1300. Customers must have a 3D TV, related 3D TV accessories and a high definition digital cable box to watch and receive the 3D coverage of the US Open this year.
