Winners will be announced at the luncheon, where they will be called to the stage to receive a crystal award. A comprehensive list of categories and the finalists for each category can be found here:

Representatives from hospitals, health systems, managed care organizations, provider organizations and other leading institutions will be celebrated at this esteemed affair punctuated by keynote speaker Suzanne Geffen-Mintz, President and CEO of the National Family Caregivers Association. As the healthcare industry struggles with how to move toward patient-centered care, Ms. Geffen-Mintz brings her unique perspective as a caregiver and the challenges she and her husband faced as they battled his long-term chronic medical condition. She will explain the important role each case manager has in giving the patient and their caregivers a voice as they navigate the complex and fragmented healthcare system.

The Case In Point Platinum Awards Luncheon serves to recognize not only the best of the best in care management, but also to increase awareness of the value of case management and its importance to the organization, the public, members of the healthcare team and others who are working to ensure America has a safe, effective and caring healthcare system.

The 2nd annual Platinum Awards Luncheon will be followed by the Dorland Health Leadership Summit, the first-of-its-kind event that will bring together current and future care management leaders working at the point of care to learn, network and share new ideas to advance the delivery of care.
