Energy Edge Technologies Corporation (EETC), a national energy engineering and services firm has hired Joseph Ragosta, Ph.D. as their new Chief Executive Officer. Robert Holdsworth, President and founder of EETC, stated that the company’s growth, future goals and upcoming listing on the NASDAQ OTCBB led to the need to bring in a highly regarded and experienced CEO. “Energy Edge has been extremely fortunate to have experienced considerable growth since our inception eight years ago,” said Holdsworth. “Our customer list and industry opportunities continue to grow, and in order to capitalize on those opportunities and implement our growth strategies we knew it was the right time to hire a highly respected and qualified leader with a proven track record of success to bring the company to the next level.”
Dr. Ragosta comes to EETC with an impressive resume most recently as the former CEO of Ely Energy, a Tulsa, OK based design and fabrication company serving global markets with products applied downstream in a variety of energy and environmental markets. Prior to Ely Energy, Dr. Ragosta served as President of Oseco, a manufacturer of rupture discs, explosion valves, and other pressure relief products. Dr. Ragosta also previously served as President of Ionex in Tully, NY and General Manager of Graver Tech in Glasgow, DE. He received a bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University and his master’s degree and doctorate from Cornell University.
