“The judges were clearly captivated by the breathtaking views they experienced on their tour,” says McAuliffe. “They [were] thrilled by the spacious balconies that allow our homeowners to enjoy the spectacular views both indoors and out."

Judges for the 2011 Parade of Homes visited Towers of Channelside on Friday, April 1, and were raving about the views from the two models that are entries in this year’s event.
“The soaring balconies and expansive views of the 28th floor Grand Penthouse are the home’s most outstanding features,” according to the judges. They were impressed with the three distinct scenes that could be enjoyed from one residence: the urban downtown view, industrial port view, and the more leisurely water view featuring Harbour Island and cruise ships. They also noted that its panoramic balconies allow residents to view both sunrise and sunset from the home. The Grand Penthouse features four bedrooms and four bathrooms in nearly 5,000 square feet, plus access to its extraordinary balconies from every main living area and bedroom in the home.
Views from the tenth-floor St. Martin model also impressed the judges. “The home’s most outstanding feature is clearly its inspiring ‘wall of windows’ in the master bedroom,” they said. Floor to ceiling windows, including a sliding glass door, provide grand and unobstructed views for residents, and access to its spacious balcony. The St. Martin model includes two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms in 1,346 square feet.
“The judges were clearly captivated by the breathtaking views they experienced on their tour,” says Steve McAuliffe, president of JMC Realty, the firm responsible for sales and marketing at Towers of Channelside. “They reacted the way our residents do, thrilled by the spacious balconies that allow our homeowners to enjoy the spectacular views both indoors and out.”
The Parade of Homes, presented annually by the Tampa Bay Homebuilders Association, runs through Sunday, April 17.
During the 2010 Parade of Homes, Towers of Channelside was awarded the event’s highest honor, called the “Grand Award,” in each category it entered. Awards for this year’s event will be presented after the conclusion of the Parade of Homes.
“Our models this year are just as impressive as the homes that were featured in last year’s Parade,” says Cheryl McCormick Brown, sales and marketing director for JMC Realty. “With just over a dozen homes still available for purchase, we expect our Parade of Homes guests to be among the last people with an opportunity to purchase a new home at Towers of Channelside.”
