"Some of the footage is pretty scary. Maybe Charlie will see my video and it'll shock him into sobering up," says Garrett.

Singer/songwriter Pat Garrett, who's written such topical songs as "Moose Shootin' Mama", "The Monica Lewinsky Polka", and "Bailout", has a new tune and video, called "Good Time Charlie (Sheen)", about the high-flying life of actor Charlie Sheen. "I wrote the song just for chuckles", says Garrett, "but folks really liked it, so we did a video as well."

The video, now on YouTube, shows Sheen's various exploits set to Garrett's song. The single is available for download on iTunes.

Garrett, who recently appeared on TV news magazine, Inside Edition, in an interview about country superstar Taylor Swift, who got her start singing with the Pat Garrett Band, says he was inspired to write the song when he saw footage of some of the actor's wild antics, which Garrett used in his video of the song. "Some of the footage is pretty scary. Maybe Charlie will see my video and it'll shock him into sobering up", says Garrett.
