USAA and the Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) are joining forces to offer a unique co-branded credit card to FRA members.
USAA and FRA are now offering the Fleet Reserve Association USAA Rewards World MasterCard ® credit card to qualified FRA members to help support various FRA programs.
The alliance with FRA is part of USAA’s ongoing commitment to help facilitate the financial security of members of the U.S. military and their families.
“We’re very excited about our affiliation with USAA,” said Joe Barnes, FRA’s national executive director. “Our shipmates and the association as a whole will benefit from this win-win relationship.”
According to Greg Pratt, USAA Military Affairs Sea Service program manager, USAA’s alliance with FRA is another way for USAA to fulfill its commitment to be the provider of choice for people who have honorably served or are serving in the nation’s armed forces.
“This new relationship gives eligible FRA members access to USAA’s top-notch financial services, which means they’re getting world-class customer service from an organization that understands their unique needs and is committed to doing the right thing for them,” said Pratt, who is a retired force master chief petty officer and FRA member.
A congressionally chartered, nonprofit organization that represents the interests of the Sea Service community before the U.S. Congress, the Association’s membership is comprised of current and former enlisted members of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. FRA was chartered as the Fleet Reserve Association in 1924 and, after more than 80 years, FRA remains dedicated to its primary mission of serving the interests of current and former enlisted Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard personnel.
USAA provides insurance, banking, investment and retirement products and services to 8 million members of the U.S. military and their families. Known for its legendary commitment to its members, USAA is consistently recognized for outstanding service, employee well-being and financial strength. USAA membership is open to all who are serving or have honorably served our nation in the U.S. military – and their families.
