Long-time High Tech Industry Veterans to Drive Percussion’s Continued Growth, Lead Web Content Management Industry

Percussion Software, a leading provider of Web Content Management (WCM) software, today welcomed two new additions to the company’s senior management team. Long-time high technology industry veterans, Deidre Diamond and Aaron Dun, have joined the company as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, Marketing and Strategy, respectively. As COO, Diamond will help Percussion scale the operations of the organization and continue to achieve substantial growth in the commercial and government sectors. As Vice President, Marketing and Strategy, Dun will bring to bear his significant experience creating marketing organizations that build awareness and drive overall sales objectives.

Throughout her career Diamond has built large-scale sales and operations teams that achieve high performance by creating possibilities that are above and beyond the usual. Previously Diamond led sales at Percussion’s sister company, Rapid7, a provider of unified vulnerability management and penetration testing solutions. Diamond’s teams doubled the company’s new revenue each of the last four years. Prior to Rapid7, Diamond built and led the sales team at Stride and Associates, providers of technology recruiting solutions and also a sister company to Percussion. While at Stride and Associates, Diamond hired, trained, and developed the inside telesales team that grew to over 27 offices and 90 practice teams throughout the United States. Diamond earned a double major in sociology and criminal justice from California State University-Fullerton.

Dun brings to Percussion more than 15 years of experience driving marketing and connecting marketing performance to sales achievement for technology companies. Most recently, Dun served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Ness Technologies, a global technology services firm, where he led marketing for the company’s $200M North American business unit. There, he was responsible for all aspects of marketing and inside sales, tripling the company’s marketing contribution to sales pipeline in just 15 months. Earlier, Dun drove marketing for Lionbridge Technologies, a leading provider of translation services, where he helped launch the Freeway online language portal that connects content management systems to Lionbridge’s translation process. Dun holds a BA from Hamilton College and an MBA from Boston University.
