EasyTurf Sponsors $10K Putting Contest, Humane Society Benefits

EasyTurf is scheduled to sponsor a $10,000 putting contest to benefit the San Diego Humane Society April 8-10 at the Spring Home Decorating and Remodeling Show at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, Del Mar, California.

This is a fun way to help the Humane Society and show off our unmatched synthetic turf in one of its popular applications.

EasyTurf is scheduled to sponsor a $10,000 putting contest to benefit the San Diego Humane Society April 8-10 at the Spring Home Decorating and Remodeling Show at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, Del Mar, California.

Contestants will be given one free 15-foot attempt to sink a putt and make the finals. After a miss, additional tries can be purchased for a $1 donation to the San Diego Humane Society. Everyone who sinks the 15-foot putt is entered into a putt-off on Sunday. The winner of the putt-off will then have one try to sink a 50-foot putt for $10,000 from EasyTurf.

“This is a fun way to help the Humane Society and show off our unmatched synthetic turf in one of its popular applications,” said EasyTurf President David Hartman. “With our continued participation in local fundraising efforts, we continue to prove that we are more than just a successful business – but also a large part of the community’s sustainable future.”

EasyTurf and the Humane Society staff have volunteered to run the booth so all proceeds go directly to the Humane Society. EasyTurf built the putting green platform with its industry leading synthetic turf. The model is an example of a putting green that customers can purchase for installation in and outside their homes. To participate, contestants can visit either booth #2030 at the Del Mar Fair Grounds Activity Center Building or go directly to the putting green contest area outside of the Activity Center Building across from O’ Brian Hall.
