We are looking forward to debuting [the Safety Observations module] at the upcoming RIMS International Convention in Vancouver, BC

Succeed Management Solutions, LLC has announced the completion of its Safety Observations module. Safety Observations is just one component of Succeed’s highly acclaimed online Risk Management Center. It works in conjunction with Succeed’s existing Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) module and allows the user to print an observation checklist that’s based upon the hazards identified in the job-specific JHA.

This information can then be entered into the program to track an employee’s compliance with required safety behaviors, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment or operating power tools properly. This will get all staff focused on critical safety behaviors!

Unlike other, more costly behavior-based safety programs that are based upon traditional recordkeeping models which require a significant amount of time to manually organize, track and record information, Succeed’s Risk Management Center simplifies and automates the process.

“We are looking forward to debuting this new program at the upcoming RIMS International Convention in Vancouver, BC the first week in May,” says Curt Shaw, President/CEO of Succeed. “This is the largest event in the Risk Management industry, and we are looking forward to this opportunity to show more organizations how we can help them protect their employees and drive down losses and related expenses.”

Succeed also offers consulting services coupled with a “Train the Trainer” program to assist organizations with the development and implementation their behavior-based safety program.
