LeadMaster announces the ability for users to subscribe to custom reports for the Lead Management, Opportunity Management CRM system. This feature is available immediately and is free of charge for all LeadMaster Lead Management CRM users.
LeadMaster customers can subscribe to as many reports as they want. Using the new report subscription feature LeadMaster Lead Management CRM users will find it easy to stay on top of their business. This product enhancement further allows LeadMaster users to manage their sales activities and make sure leads are followed up and turn into customers.
Custom reports can be configured to provide information on a wide variety of criteria in the system beyond sales, leads and opportunities including callbacks, appointments, demonstrations and other metrics in the system.
Report subscriptions are available for sales reports, lead reports, opportunity reports, activity reports, call center reports, marketing reports and more.
Reports subscriptions can be delivered daily, weekly or monthly. Daily report subscriptions are delivered at 5AM Eastern Time. When delivered weekly, the reports are delivered on Monday. When delivered monthly, the reports are delivered on the first day of the month.
The report subscriptions are delivered via email in one of three ways:
- As an attachment to the email message
- As a link in the body of the email message
- In the body of the email message
