Fourteen homes were sold in March at Towers of Channelside, making it the most successful month in that community since Steve McAuliffe and Cheryl McCormick Brown initiated sales at the Towers about a year ago. With several additional contracts signed so far in April, including three Grand Penthouses, there are now only 5 homes remaining for sale.

“Since we began selling homes at Towers of Channelside, we’ve closed on average 10 homes each month,” says McAuliffe, who is president of JMC Realty, Inc., the firm responsible for sales and marketing at Towers of Channelside. “As word spread that these homes won’t be available much longer, and as the housing market continues to move in a more favorable direction, we’ve seen a tremendous upswing in interest in the community and the number of homes sold.”

Homes that are still available include a mix of sizes and floor plans. Buyers’ choices range from a two-bedroom residence to the top-floor Grand Penthouse with nearly 5,000 square feet of living space ready to be completely customized into any buyer’s dream home. There are options still available for a variety of buyers, but not for long.

“Every home at Towers of Channelside includes a spacious balcony for outdoor living, so that all our homeowners can enjoy the soaring views from inside their home and out,” says McCormick Brown, sales and marketing director. “This is absolutely the last chance to take advantage of our extremely competitive pricing on these amazing homes.”

Although the views may seem to sell themselves, it’s taken quite a bit of teamwork to achieve such remarkable success.

“We’re grateful for the tremendous efforts that have been made by this committed, hardworking team,” says McAuliffe, “beginning with Andrew Bolnick, the receiver appointed to represent the banks’ interests; the bank group led by Wells Fargo; Tew & Associates, which served as attorney and escrow agent; Stewart Title; and the Towers of Channelside management company, Condominium Associates, Inc.”
