Pioneer Todd to lead Performance Innovation initiatives; Veteran Joyce to manage Affiliate service.
Performics (http://www.performics.com), the performance marketing agency owned by Publicis Groupe, announces the appointment of Dana Todd as vice president of performance innovation and Kevin Joyce as director of affiliate. In these positions, Todd and Joyce will work closely with Craig Greenfield, senior vice president of performance innovation, and join a team focused on institutionalizing global growth and building efficiency across channels and clients.

Todd will run the Product Innovation team, which collaborates with Performics’ global network and partners to explore and evaluate opportunities throughout the performance marketing landscape. She and her team will combine proprietary solutions with platform partners to unlock incremental and big-win opportunities across emerging media and new technologies.
Since 1996, Todd has driven value for hundreds of companies, helping them find actionable insights and success in interactive marketing. Her career spans a variety of practices including search marketing, first leading San Diego interactive agencies Bien Logic and SiteLab; then founding SEMPO and its training arm SEMPO Institute. Most recently, Todd launched Newsforce, a startup that redefines how companies think of advertorial and sponsored content. She is a favorite speaker at Search Engine Strategies, ad:tech, OMS, SMX, OMMA and regularly provides insight to the financial press, including The Wall Street Journal, Newsday and CNNMoney.
Joyce will be responsible for Performics’ affiliate program management services, a group that partners with leading affiliate networks to deliver superior service and performance marketing results. He has more than 13 years experience in online marketing, most recently serving as director of advertiser development at Commission Junction, a leading affiliate network.

Throughout his nearly eight year tenure at Commission Junction, Joyce launched their Chicago office, managed the eBay affiliate program and oversaw account teams within the advertiser and publisher divisions responsible for managing clients including Dell, FTD, Sears Canada, and Walgreens. Joyce has long-standing relationships with many affiliate industry leaders and, before Commission Junction, began his online career at Microsoft in the MSN sales division.
