Ostrov brings to Woodbridge a rich, high profile professional background. He is a former nominee for the Florida House of Representatives and a former Assistant District Attorney from Orange County, New York. During his time as Assistant D.A., he served as the Senior Attorney in the white-collar crime unit specializing in insurance-related crimes. There, he was recognized for obtaining convictions in several prominent homicide cases in the New York area.
Most recently, Ostrov worked as General Counsel for Client First Settlement Funding, LLC, and Senior Counsel for Peachtree Settlement Funding, a competing factoring company that also buys structured settlements, lottery payments and annuities.
He has also served as the Deputy Director of the Fraud Investigations Unit for the City of New York and as a Judge for the New York City Housing Authority. Now Ostrov will serve as Woodbridge Structured Funding LLC’s Co-General Counsel.
Mr. Ostrov graduated cum laude from Tulane University where he received his B.A. He went on to earn his law degree from Fordham University and his Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University.
