Nexonia Inc., a leading corporate software solutions provider, announced today that two of its signature products have been recognized as finalists for the 2011 CODiE awards, to be held in May in San Francisco, California. Nexonia’s expense report solution has been named as a finalist in the Best Human Capital Management Solution category, and the Expenses for iPhone solution has also been recognized as a finalist for Best Mobile Operations Management Solution.

“We’re very excited to have been recognized by the Software & Information Industry Association this year,” said Nexonia’s CEO, Neil Wainwright. “We’ve worked very hard to develop industry-leading solutions that can proudly be considered amongst the world’s best, and this recognition by the CODiE awards committee shows us we’re on the right track.” Being selected as a finalist is a unique and important distinction, as the CODiEs are the industry’s only peer-reviewed awards program. Established by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), the CODiEs recognize excellence and achievement in the business software, digital content, and education technology industries.

The CODiE awards, now in their 27th year, are held by the Software & Information Industry Association annually to recognize the best and brightest in business software. The awards will be given out this year on Wednesday, May 25th as part of the “All About The Cloud” conference.

“Our iPhone solution as well as our corporate expense report system are seeing tremendous growth and popularity with new and existing clients,” said Wainwright. “Accolades like these from the CODiE Awards will allow us to even further promote our solutions to businesses across North America.”

“For more than 25 years, the CODiE Awards have shone a spotlight on the companies and products that are revolutionizing software, education technology and digital content,” said Ken Wasch, President of SIIA. “What sets this program apart from all others is that the winners are selected by those who really know their stuff – whether they’re tech executives, industry analysts, or journalists. SIIA recruits leading software, digital content and education people to put each nominated product through an intensive review process. Nexonia and all companies that survive the process and become a finalist can say unequivocally that they are producing one of the finest, most innovative products on the market.”
