The recruitment software specialist’s SaaS platform performs well at ReThink

Award-winning business and technology recruitment agency,ReThink, has implemented Bullhorn’s web-based recruitment software, in order to accelerate business processes and improve productivity. The fully-integrated ATS and CRM platform went live at ReThink on 31 January this year, and has since significantly reduced time spent on manual updating. Benefits so far have included enhanced fluidity of communication and administration, resulting in higher productivity across the agency’s five UK offices as well as its international operations in Dubai and Singapore.

ReThink implemented Bullhorn’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform as part of its “Branch for the future” programme, aimed at increasing efficiency of its internal systems. The programme was launched to review all in-house processes and systems in an attempt to minimise the need for manual intervention; make the company’s computer systems more intuitive; enable easy technology integration, and to reduce the amount of system resources being used. ReThink’s previous back-end recruitment system required a high level of manual updating to function efficiently. After six years of using this product, the company decided it was time to move to Bullhorn’s more comprehensive and intuitive offering.

ReThink’s Managing Director, Andy Lord, says: “We had already implemented Broadbean’s candidate attraction software, and one of the key draw cards to Bullhorn was the fact that Broadbean and a variety of other recruitment tools can be accessed via the Bullhorn Marketplace. Bullhorn’s SaaS platform was an attractive option because it is robust, flexible, and has high capability for easy integration with our existing systems.

“The ease of customisation was also appealing as it meant that our staff did not have to spend time learning detailed programming instructions, and could simply tailor the system to our formatting standards. We wanted software that would enable the smooth running of our business, and Bullhorn has provided us with the tools to achieve this.”
