The first Aldborough Creative show will be at The Church Room, Aldborough on Monday 30th May, 2011. It will feature the work of local artists and craftspeople.

Aldborough Creative is a new arts initiative in Aldborough, North Norfolk. Set up by Claire Knight and Fiona Morrison its aim is to introduce local artists and craftspeople to the wider community and create an on-going programme of visual events.

The first Aldborough Creative show will be at The Church Room, Aldborough on Monday 30th May, 2011. It will feature the work of local artists and craftspeople including Paul Jackson, Heather Tamplin, Pat Albeck, Teucer Wilson, Claire Knight, Fiona Morrison, Alison Haynes, Elena Beimborn, Darran Turner and Dawn King. Disciplines as varied as ceramics, painting, textiles, papercutting, stone carving and lettering, jewellery and woodwork will be represented.

There will be work to buy as well as work in progress. Many artists will be doing new work especially for the show and all welcome commissions.
Entirely self-funded Aldborough Creative is open from 10am to 5pm and will be serving scrumptious home-made cream teas throughout the day.
