I’ve been proud to be part of the Cenegenics family these last eight years. Now we’ve hit a major milestone with Cenegenics Atlantic City‚ offering residents and visitors 5-star services and a comprehensive, hands-on experience to learn how to live well.

Cenegenics® Medical Institute, the global leader in age management medicine, announced its partnership with Dr. Rusty Silverman to officially open Cenegenics Atlantic City. For the past eight years, Silverman was a Cenegenics affiliate physician, growing an age-management practice in the destination city. Those efforts forged Cenegenics Atlantic City—one of several new centers the age-management giant launched over the past 12 months, targeting major metropolitan areas with a high demand for healthy aging solutions.

As the “Gambling Capital of the East Coast,” Atlantic City—with its action-driven culture, Absecon Island location, famed seaside Boardwalk, water sports, golfing, restorative day spas, entertainment and more—has become a highly desired summer residence for those living in the New York City and Philadelphia areas. Healthier living, getting fit and staying energized are part of that Atlantic City experience, which is where Cenegenics steps in.

“I’ve been proud to be part of the Cenegenics family these last eight years. Now we’ve hit a major milestone with Cenegenics Atlantic City‚ offering residents and visitors five-star services and a comprehensive, hands-on experience to learn how to live well longer,” Silverman said.

The center, says Silverman, has a full-time nutritionist and exercise counselor, who work with him to design tailor-made programs to meet a patient’s specific needs. Cenegenics Atlantic City also touts Cenegenics’ “Gold Standard” exercise assessments, used to test five major fitness components—including the sophisticated VO2 max to evaluate oxygen consumption/cardio pulmonary efficiency and the direct-digital detector technology of the DEXA Lunar Prodigy.

Per Silverman, key to any patient’s success is ongoing interaction with the Cenegenics expert age-management team.

“It’s all about patients having our full support. Thanks to Cenegenics’ interactive online tracking system, patients can log daily health activities, get alerts when they go off track and tap into a huge support resource we’ve created for their healthy aging journey,” Silverman said.

Like other Cenegenics physicians, Silverman is not only an advocate of the proactive, age-management program, but also a Cenegenics patient. He’s a stealth 158 pounds with only 11% body fat—and focused on a new cardiovascular conditioning centered on his sport of choice, crew.

Located at 110 East Maryland Avenue in Somers Point, the 1,500-square-foot Cenegenics Atlantic City overlooks dune grass, coastal waters and the city’s skyline. Silverman’s award-winning photography graces the center’s walls. Cenegenics Atlantic City also houses an inviting VIP room, exam rooms, metabolic lab for diagnostic testing and physician/nutrition-exercise specialist consulting rooms.
